The
Evangelical Church of Guinea-Bissau has a heart to take the
Gospel to the un-reached...
BUT, HAS STRUGGLED WITH FINANCIALLY BEING ABLE TO SUPPORT
MANY MISSIONARIES IN THE FIELD.
"Stores of Life" is an idea that will help place
African missionaries across this region....
...SUSTAINING THEM WITH FINANCES FROM THEIR COUNTRY.
Every village or group of villages needs a store in
which to buy the materials which
sustain their physical lives. Every village also needs
the real "life" which comes
through the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
"Stores of Life" are little stores made from shipping
containers that:
will allow the missionary to sustain himself financially,
be respected in the community as a contributor to the
welfare of the village,
and be a "platform" for the missionary to share Jesus with
everyone in the village
and eventually plant a church in that
people group.
