Teach English in Guinea-Bissau
The Youth for Christ Youth Training Center Needs YOU!

Do you have a heart for Africa?
Are you a Christian?
Do you speak English?
Do you love young people?

IF SO....

The Youth for Christ Youth Training Center
in Guinea-Bissau could use your help.

Could you give 4 months? 8 months?
OR even 1 to 2 years!

What would you be doing? Where would you live and eat?

1.  You could teach one of our advanced English Courses,
Internship Program, or work in teacher training.

2.  We have morning classes from 9-11 AM and
afternoon classes from 4-6 PM.

3.  Our Internship and Teacher Training Programs
usually run during the morning period.  9 AM- 1 PM
(These are our top graduates that are being prepared
as leaders, missionaries, or YFC teachers)

4.  Teaching would be your primary job, but there are
many other opportunities to invest into the Center,
the churches in Bissau, and in lives of young people.

1.  Youth for Christ Guinea-Bissau has a guesthouse
where short-term staff can stay.  It has a community
kitchen, but each room has its own bathroom.

2.  Breakfast and Dinner can be done at the guesthouse,
but your lunch is provided at the Center if you choose
to eat with the other staff.

3.  The center is located in Bissau, which is the capital
city of Guinea-Bissau.  You can purchase western style
groceries if need be.

4.  The guesthouse has water filters for filtering water,
but bottled water can also be used if one so desires
